DIY Program: Automated Course Enrollments for Student who availed the course
DWY Program: This is a workshop. Clients conducts a 5-Day workshop and we've automated sending of emails and SMS for each day of the workshop containing important documents and zoom links. DWY client are also enrolled to the DIY course
One-On-One Coaching: Clients who enrolled for this level will both have access to DIY course and the DWY workshop

Payments Monitoring and Leads Overview
I built a system for him to automate course enrollment, Contract Signing, Signup Form, Onboarding, Client Emails and Issues Monitoring
When a prospects signup for a free course, granting access to the course is automated.
Students will be reminded automatically if they haven't finished the course.
If they completed the course, an automated campaign is also sent out to push the prospects to signup for a paid service.
For Clients, once payment is received. Onboarding is also automated - from contract signing to sign up form and removes them from non-client nurture campaigns.
If either of the document is incomplete, the system will remind them to complete it.
Payment Issues and Credit Monitoring Issues: If there are issues with payments after 7 days, they will be marked inactive.
Once issues are resolved, they will be be tagged again as active and the client emails will continue to fire where they left off.
I built a system for him to automate welcome emails, appointment reminders, golden goose campaigns, nurture sequences, contracts
With this company, the biggest challenge is when the appointment approaches - the golden goose emails will fire and stops when the appointment is in 1 hour.
If the client is not yet closed or need another set of calls, the golden goose campaigns will continue where it left off.
Also setup Appointment Booking and Reminder Emails and SMS.
For this company, they want to lead customers to a path based on the survey questions.
I built a system where each survey path will lead to a landing page with an offer that fits according to their survey responses.
On the landing page, it will also show all the available units they have, a booking call, and a link to a financing solution which has the company's referral link.
The business owner also receive the client's information and survey responses.
