Our Services may integrate with or depend on third-party platforms (such as GoHighLevel, Zapier, PayPal, etc.). We are not responsible for any downtime, limitations, or issues arising from these third-party tools. You are responsible for maintaining any necessary accounts or subscriptions with these services.

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private, including but not limited to business data, strategy documents, and project details shared during collaboration.

10. Termination
